Submarine has created a new self catering website for The Barn, Guernsey.

The site was created at competitive rates and is built in Umbraco, giving the owners free access to content management.

When Darren Lunn, a Royal Navy submariner, came to Guernsey for a break and saw signage for Submarine offices, he couldn’t believe the coincidence.  Darren told us that he and two Royal Navy colleagues were training for a charitable event, raising money and awareness for military mental health and needed a website.  How could we resist; it seemed it was meant to be!

Submarine has been working recently with the Careers Guernsey team on ways to improve content delivery, user experience and social media interaction on their website. Submarine Guernsey has worked closely with Carol Vivyan to extend her website application, The Decider, with an additional training portal function.

The website teaches Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) skills for children, young people and adults giving them the skills to recognise their own thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
