The Problem
Submarine was first approached in 2020 with an idea to create a Compliance Monitoring solution to help companies manage their increasing compliance responsibilities with approachable, intuitive online software.
The challenge in entering an almost empty marketplace was that, although demand clearly existed and our client certainly had the expertise, there was no established digital approach. The needs of regulated companies also varied widely depending on the exact sector and size of the company.

The Solution
Starting with a simple, standalone prototype, Submarine focused on the phased delivery of features and functionality steered, of course, by our client and based, in turn, on feedback from users.
More than 5 years on, Hyperion is now a full-featured compliance solution offering multi-tenancy, bulk testing management, an array of registers, risk-management tools, board-level reporting, completely granular permissions alongside optional full Microsoft Entra integration, and much more.
