Kim and Martin Baxter provided Submarine with a strong sense of identity for their executive recruitment venture, embodying both their love of the sea and the emotive experience of pushing the boundaries of personal career development.
Submarine approached this project with consideration for the client's aspiration to present an executive recruitment service offering a personalised experience for both employers and candidates. It was important to create a strong sense of identity in order to stand out from existing agencies whilst maintaining an approachable and professional tone.
For communication channels, streamlined access to vacancies was key (primarily mobile phone) with encouragement to engage with the team. This was achieved through the development of a secure, content managed website with a vacancy builder at its core. For the executive audience, access to key information, short load times and clear communication were preferred with a simple registration and contact process.
Submarine have created a strong brand foundation for the SeaChange team without drama and in a short time scale in order to launch their business effectively. A light and agile website which is cost effective and easily managed, supports the business operation with SEO and social media implementation ready for the team's developing marketing activity.
