We are a tight-knit digital agency of five, based in Guernsey. We create impactful software solutions for a diverse range of clients, from local businesses to international projects. We’re looking for a pragmatic, product-focused Full-Stack .NET Developer who enjoys taking ownership from concept to deployment and values collaborative, in-person teamwork.
The Role: Hands-on Full-Stack Development
You will be instrumental in building and maintaining our clients' web applications and business systems. Your typical week will involve:
- Designing, developing, and deploying robust full-stack solutions using .NET Core/C# and Vue.js.
- Working across the entire stack, from building RESTful APIs and backend services to crafting responsive, intuitive front-end interfaces.
- Writing clean, maintainable code and collaborating on database design with SQL Server.
- Participating in the full project lifecycle—contributing to planning, implementation, and iterative improvements in our agile environment.
- Providing technical insight and collaborating directly with the team to solve interesting challenges for our clients.

- Backend: .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, Entity Framework Core
- Frontend: Vue.js 3, TypeScript, Vite, HTML5/CSS3
- Data: SQL Server, Azure SQL
- Infrastructure: Azure (App Services, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines), Git
Who we're looking for
You are a developer with 4+ years of commercial experience who is comfortable across the full stack. You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you should have:
- Solid, hands-on experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (ASP.NET Core, Web API).
- Commercial experience with a modern front-end framework; Vue.js is strongly preferred, but solid React experience with a willingness to learn is welcome.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design.
- A genuine interest in building great products and solving business problems through code.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset—we succeed together.
Bonus points if you have experience with: Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, or working in an agency/client-facing environment.
